I ended up ordering Katy Perry's movie "Part of Me" - muddled story as to why, but it arrived today. Turned out it was the perfect movie for me after today. With something like that, you can understand how celebrities inspire and encourage fans. I really do admire her for having the courage to share that much of herself with the whole world. I do believe that celebrities need their own space to just be themselves, where no one judges them or comments on their life for the sake of commenting. (Actually we all need that space...) But I guess that's the point - she shares a part of herself with the world. So I guess I'm now a definite Katy Perry fan!!
On the upside, I spent about 20 minutes at work today playing the Dr Who games on the Google doodle - I gave up on level 3 - after killing 4 doctors... I'm not very good at these techno-gamey-thingies... ;) I still remember the first "computer game" I encountered: the rabbit maze on the old (ancient) Apple - my favourite part was making him jump up and down in a tunnel and then he'd stand and shake his fist at me!
(I feel like I've written this before... My memory is so messed nowadays that it could have been a dream!)
One month to go until Christmas... I still don't know if I'm excited for it or not. Maybe that will change when the tree goes up. There's just so much to worry about before then. And I don't like how much stress there is over the damned presents. That's not the point of Christmas, so why am I worrying so much about them??!
Oops - indicative of my mood now. I think that's it for today. No posts for forever, then only a brief commentary... Time to clean Lottie's neck anyway.
