Heartstrings

So, amongst various errands to be run yesterday, I ended up in one of the charity shops and followed my nephew-cousin up to the top level. 

And there, on a corner stand is a dinner set of Churchill china. 

I couldn't believe it. And it looked like a complete 6-person set including cups and saucers. 

Naturally, I bought it. 

Then today a customer's date of birth was my birthday but in 1947 and one of their names matched Dad's. 

Little signs to keep me going. 

I miss you both so much.
