Look! Photos!!!

Ok, now, bear with me... We're starting off with scenery and (I promise!!) there will be people in some of the other shots!! (These photos are from this last weekend, btw!)

So... this is the Meadows Maze - we started at about 8pm, sunset hitting the tops of the "corn stalks"!! (The weird bridge you can vaguely see to the left of the sun was Lions Goat bridge - yup, it had goats on it...)

Above and left were both taken from the little bridge about 5 mins into the maze. I made Sam smile nicely for the camera!! The other people on the bridge (and boy, was it rickety...) were up there yelling for their missing friends - it was kinda handy, except you can't see the bridge from inside the maze - and how the hell are you supposed to get there if you're lost!!

And this is what happens when I try to navigate... Needless to say, Sam took over from here on. (I'm not being paranoid - every time I directed us, I managed to direct us to a dead end...)

Sorry, but this was "The Bush" - we passed this piece of shrubbery about 4 times... And yes, it really was the same little bush. We even managed to pinpoint it on the map!

This was at Van Dusen Gardens on Saturday - proof that I dared to enter another maze!! (and you all know that story, so we won't re-hash it...)

This is me in the Korean Pavilion - just a random picture that looked cool!!







And this is Downtown Vancouver from Jericho Beach - I just wanted my own city-scape shot. I was trying for panoramic, but my camera batteries all died on me. Very sad... :(
