One thing that is so invaluable about knowing people with cancer in their families is that the story of their experience gives you more insight. It’s not the same for everyone so it is easier if they aren’t telling you what to do based on their situation, but if you can look past that to the information- you might be able to find something to help you.
I’m so wary of reading stories about people with cancer but it was so meaningful to me to read Jim Beaver’s experience and see the similarities and what might be common when dealing with cancer patients and their family.
