As something positive - I learned to crochet!

Because I now need to have something cheerful to think about, these are the things I have managed to crochet since I taught myself after being put on furlough.

I wanted something that I could do while sitting with my mum and be able to put it down instantly and pick it up again.  It also doesn't hurt that unravelling something is super-easy!!  Annoying and a waste of time, but at least I can get it right.

I'm not going to post the first few things I did as blankets are not all that exciting, but these are some of the things I am proud of :)

A shrug from https://www.mamainastitch.com/

Herringbone baby blanket from stitch tutorials by https://bellacococrochet.com/

These blankets made from a pattern from Marriner Yarns - I love the one below!
It was called Spiced Latte and my brain keeps calling it a Harry Potter pattern... :)

This was an infinity scarf and wrist warmers that I made as a gift. (The cream wool looks decidedly yellow :( ... )

Another shrug in a fluffy soft wool from King Cole!
I'll probably post some more as I get the photos off my phone...!
